Hi, I’m Maayan—but since I was a baby, my mom has always called me Manu, and the name stuck. Manu Vegan is my labor of love: a boutique bakery based in Amstelveen, specializing in custom-made cakes and cupcakes for birthdays, celebrations, and special moments of all kinds.

As a chef pâtissier with over a decade of experience, I’ve dedicated my craft to creating beautiful, delicious, and 100% plant-based desserts. Every item is handmade using high-quality ingredients—with options that suit dietary needs and allergies—because great taste should never come at the expense of health or values.
